Locations 2003

Locations is a festival of arts and photography by students from the School of Art, Media and Design at the University of Gloucester. It has taken place every May since 1995, and has expanded from its original home in the Docks to include Blackfriars Priory, the Guildhall and the Cathedral.

It is an important event in the university's calendar when students are able to gain, often for the first time, professional experience of showing work in a public space. For the city it is a wonderful three-day explosion of creativity, a chance to view cutting-edge, often site-specific, artwork in unexpected places.
