My husband's job brought us to Gloucester; he was relocated to Gloucestershire and we moved to Gloucester because as Moslems we wanted to be near a Moslem community.

High point of life here: My children have had a very good education here, they've had a choice of grammar schools. Abbeymead's really nice; when you drive you can see the countryside in the background, it's really pretty. It's not far from the centre, it only takes five or ten minutes to get into town, which is good for me 'cos I love shopping.
